Serengeti Balloon Safaris has been spreading its wings!
In June 2018, we started operations in Ruaha National Park, this is a great opportunity to fill the often longer average stays in Ruaha with a fabulous flight along the Great Ruaha River, flying low to see the wildlife and the details and flying high to take in the majesty of Tanzania’s largest National Park.
In December 2018, we also started flying on the Ngorongoro Conservation Area side of Ndutu (not just the Serengeti National Park side), flying over the plains, lakes and woodland of this area, which is wall-to-wall wildebeest as I write this.
I will explain in more detail how this works around the complex and inconvenient border between Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation area that is Ndutu. And lastly, I hope to be able to announce another new area for June 2019, something that many of you have been asking for...
