Gayle Parker Wright (LCSW-R , LCSW @GPW Empowerment, Education and Training Services LLC)
Gayle Parker Wright is a native New Yorker, who was born and raised in Brooklyn. She is an LCSW-R in NY and LSW in NJ. She graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor’s in social work and from Columbia University with a Master’s in social work. She has over 30 years of experience working with individuals and families in underserved communities. She has provided services to populations such as foster care, criminal justice, DDD, mental health, substance abuse, case management, adolescents/juvenile justice, managed care and geriatrics. She has worked in various settings such as residential corrections, club house, respite and private practice. She is a certified instructor for Trauma Informed Care, Recovery Coach Certification, Parenting Skills, QPR, Mental Health First Aid for adults &amp; youth and many evidenced based topics.
