Emily Millman

Emily joined the Cendyn team in 2010 as an Assistant Account Executive. She has had wide-ranging responsibilities and routinely consults with our customers on website projects and is active in defining our CMS Product Roadmap – sharing input and insight from customers and her own use. She now serves as the Director of Ecommerce Production and oversees a team of Project Managers who are responsible for the successful delivery of our Ecommerce solution. Emily’s past and present clients have included hotel management companies Loews Hotels and Hard Rock Hotels, as well as mid and upscale properties, Pure Salt Luxury Hotels, Thompson Chicago, and Hotel ZaZa. Emily graduated from New York University in 2010 with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She remains an active NYU alumnus and served as an adjunct professor for the school.

Alison has been in the hospitality industry with Tsogo Sun Hotels, Africa’s leading hotel group, for over 30 years. During this time, she has successfully led both CRM and Digital teams, with continual innovation, evolution and transformation to meet the strategic priorities of the group. Both the Tsogo Sun Hotels Rewards programme and website, tsogosun.com, have not only received international accolades over the years, but also delivered on revenue targets and direct bookings. Having successful and speciality supplier relationships is key, which is evident in the strong relationship with Cendyn, working with them since late 2014.
