Kater4kidz Cookery Workshop 5 "Bread and Jam" : 3rd to 6th Class Students
This 45 - 60 minute, in-class live stream cookery workshop is aimed at children from 3rd class to 6th class.

On the menu today is sunflower seed topped bread rolls. Join in the discussion on the magic of ‘Yeast’, the fermentation process and how it works to make fluffy bread. We will also demonstrate how to make chia berry jam. These rolls can be sent home to be baked or baked in school if the facility is available.
This is a simple ‘cook along’ recipe with only a few ingredients. You will be issued with recipes for using a weighing scales and not using a weighing scales. Details on what is required in terms of ingredients and equipment will be sent with your classroom resource pack after registration.
