thelighthouse Virtual Career Lunch Series
While travel may have come to a halt, we want to make sure that your career does not.

We're all experiencing an unprecedented amount of change in our personal and professional lives as a result of COVID-19.

That's why we are launching thelighthouse Career Lunch Series. Together, we'll help answer the questions: How do I protect my job today? How do I navigate a layoff? How can I prepare myself for the future?

With this series, our goal is to:
- Support those whose careers are impacted by COVID-19 by sharing actionable tools, guidance, and advice to move forward
- Support the professionals still in their jobs with their career development as this pandemic has shown us the importance of future-proofing yourself and your career

How it will work:
Every week, we will interview professional leaders across a variety of industries to learn how they got to where they are today, and deep dive on certain topics including: advocating for yourself at work, navigating layoffs, transitioning industries, asking for a raise, managing up, finding purpose at work, and more.
