Life as a MedComms Freelancer
In this webinar we will be joined some experienced MedComms freelancers who will answer questions about their working life. Have you thought about freelancing? Does the freedom sound attractive? No commute. Sitting in your pyjamas with the cat/dog beside you, while you charge lots by the hour? None of those interminable company meetings. What's not to like? Or is it lonely and isolating? Do you spend more time chasing payments than doing the work? What happens when the computer crashes and there's no IT colleague to help? Or you fall ill? Emma Georgiou, Jane Mason and Sarah Smith will share their experiences.

Questions from the audience will be welcomed.

It should be of interest to anyone who is currently working as a freelancer or who is thinking about taking that step to "freedom".

The webinar is free of charge and all being well a recording will be posted afterwards at NetworkPharma.tv.

Note we are allowing 60 minutes for the webinar and we always aim to finish promptly on time.

MedComms Networking Webinars will be run every Wednesday at 12.00 midday UK time from 2 October through to 4 December. We'll then take a break and start again in 2020. They will be free to all who wish to attend. Topics will range widely but the aim is always to be relevant to people working in and around MedComms, by which we mean medical communications, medical education and medical publishing, and anyone who wants to start. See http://www.MedCommsNetworking.com for full details of upcoming events.
