Cynthia Cheng Correia
Cynthia Cheng Correia is President of the Council of Competitive Intelligence Fellows and Managing Director of Knowledge inForm, a competitive and commercial intelligence consultancy. As practitioner, advisor, and instructor, Cynthia helps professionals and organizations enhance their knowledge, intelligence, and insights. For over two decades, she has supported managers and companies in establishing competitive advantage through competitive and decision intelligence, critical foresight, and understanding biases and barriers that limit their potential. Cynthia is the developer of SLA’s Competitive and Decision Intelligence Certificates Program, as well as graduate program instructor in competitive intelligence and knowledge management for Simmons University, where she has been recognized for teaching excellence.
Dr. Craig S. Fleisher
Dr. Craig S. Fleisher is the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Aurora WDC, Madison, WI. One of Google's top-cited scholars in several business and communication-related subjects, Craig has authored several essential CI books including Business and Competitive Analysis 2e (Pearson, 2017), Analysis without Paralysis 2e (FT Press, 2013), Controversies in Competitive Intelligence (Prager, 2003) and Strategic and Competitive Analysis (Prentice Hall, 2003), among others. A former SCIP president, B-school dean/MBA director, founding editor of the Journal of Competitive Intelligence and Management, Competitive Intelligence Foundation board of trustees chair, he is a Council of CI Fellow, and Meritorious Award winner for his lifetime contributions to CI.
