Women in Leadership

Come join the Board of Directors of The American Turkish Society to discuss the hot topics that
surround women issues of today’s world. Each of our panelists will share their personal stories
on how they endured challenges and difficulties as women during their climb to the top in
becoming successful female leaders. The discussion will focus on the importance of mentoring,
the role of senior business women leading the way and the power of authentic voices and
leadership. Panelists will also dive deep on gender equality issues in the workplace and
maintaining gender diversity in leadership positions.
