Debbie Cohen

Leading the webinar is Debbie Cohen, the M Health Fairview and M Physicians Mind-Body and Positive Psychology trainer for the Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness Program. Debbie has been leading the Positive Psychology program at The Marsh for the past two years. She has been teaching yoga for 24 years, is a registered hatha yoga teacher trainer and has taught Positive Psychology at Harvard University and Kripalu Yoga Center.

Heidi Moon

Webinar moderator Heidi Moon is the Program Director for The Marsh, a wellness center and industry leader in mind-body wellness since 1985. Heidi has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industries, as a wellness center owner, spa director and industry expert. Heidi has turned around and created industry-leading spa’s such as The Greenhouse and CLAY Spa and has developed a variety of successful fitness programs. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College.
