“MJMK” (My Life - My Company), our culture nickname born in 2013, became the driving wave of our cultural evolution, generating enthusiasm, trust, and a sense of belonging. By nourishing MJMK, we shifted from a self-centered, business focused culture towards a caring, collaborative culture open to the world and its ecosystems, willing to make a difference in Russia.
