CE Webinar: Walk In Their Shoes: A Professional Model of Empathy
The practice of empathy is critical to successful social work practice.  Research tells us that client outcomes increase substantially when we are empathetic.

In this workshop we will explore the use of empathy through the four aspects of The Social Work Dictionary's definition: "The act of perceiving, understanding, experiencing, and responding to the emotional state and ideas of another person.

This workshop features interactive, experiential activities to support you in developing or sharpening your empathy skills. We will examine a clinical case study to process and implement the use of empathy to enhance client outcomes.
