The HVAC Safety Summit - Register now for your free place
Following the success of H&V News’s Future of HVAC Summit last year across two mornings, we are expanding the programme to offer two separate Summits for 2021: one on Safety and one on Low Carbon Heating.

On 23rd March, we kick off with our Safety Summit, in which we drill down into the major issues facing HVAC: Indoor Air Quality, Fire Safety and the new Building Safety regime. The online Summit will feature leading industry speakers and experts in the subject areas discussing the important developments and providing insight and guidance into how the HVAC sector should take action.

Indoor Air Quality will look at all the developments around Covid-19 and making buildings safe for occupants, as well as addressing the impact of the landmark court case that ruled air pollution was the cause of death of a London schoolgirl.

Fire Safety will examine the importance of firestopping – an area in which HVAC contractors are directly involved – and will consider whether the industry is doing enough to educate and train in the subject.

Building Safety will look at the wholesale changes being introduced by the new Building Safety Bill, including the new approach to signing off work and the tougher enforcement regime promised.
