Robin Lewis
Senior HR Director, Cigna International Markets @CIGNA
Robin is Senior HR Director, Cigna International Markets. He leads HR for the EMEA region and the Global Health Solutions business. Robin heads up a talented group of HR professionals who are all focused on enabling high performance teams make a real difference and deliver great value for their clients and customers. Recent strategic projects that Robin has led include significant business transformation and change, M&A integration, operating model design to enhance collaboration as well as initiatives looking at the ‘future of work’ and HR innovation. Robin is a qualified coach (Tavistock Institute) and his career before joining Cigna includes PA Consulting and HR Director roles at New Look Retailers and CMC Markets. He has an MA in Strategic HRM and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as well as being Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Bieke Van Dessel
HR Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team of IO/Africa business segment @CIGNA
Bieke is HR Director and member of the Senior Leadership Team of IO/Africa business segment. As strategic HR partner she is responsible for identifying, retaining and developing talent that will help the segment meet its goals. She is closely working together with the various business leads based in the different locations (Antwerp, Madrid, Nairobi, Kuala Lumpur, Miami) but works also closely together with other Cigna partners in globalisation and integration projects.
