Navigating Uncharted Waters: Helping Employers Understand the Rules of the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act
Unlike the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) which exempts employers with fewer than 50 employees, the Families First Coronavirus Relief Act (FFCRA) puts employee-friendly regulations on nearly all employers. Those with fewer than 50 employees are not exempt. Learn about the FFCRA and your obligation as an employer. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the program.
