MetLife’s Annual Employee Benefit Trends Study examines changing workplace dynamics.
This presentation reveals effective benefit strategies that employers need for greater employee recruitment and retention. Our three speakers, Alex Vachon, Mari Noyes, and Matt Hall will share MetLife’s19th Annual Study and the trends and insights that best represent the mindset and stressors of the workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, they will provide actionable guidance that employers can adopt to support holistic well-being as we emerge into the new work/life environment.

He is the leader of a team of account executives who cover Alaska, Idaho, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.
Mari Noyes
Plan Smart Account Executive @MetLife Insurance
Mari manages MetLife’s PlanSmart employee engagement programs for the western half of the U.S. She joined MetLife in August 1987 after spending a year with The Great-West Life Assurance Company and worked in variety of group benefit roles. Mari found her passion in financial wellness, a major component of MetLife’s PlanSmart programs. She is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
Matt Hall
Voluntary Specialist Director @MetLife Insurance
Matt is the Voluntary Specialist Director for the West, joining MetLife in January 2020. Previously, he held roles that focused on Voluntary Worksite Benefits. He identifies and develops growth opportunities for the VB practice. He is a graduate of West Virginia University.
