Join Lauren Masse, MPH, in a thought-provoking workshop on the mental health impacts of the COVID-19 crisis. Lauren is a Master of Public Health, certified holistic health coach and mindfulness instructor, dedicated to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. The workshop will include a discussion on the effects of stress related to isolation, job loss, and radical change in routine, as well as mindset shifts, behavior changes, and tools helpful for supporting your well-being at this time. This series will have two parts: Day 1 - Mental Health Focus (the stress-response, self-care, relationships, boosting mood, mindfulness and mindset shifts to reduce personal suffering); Day 2 - Physical Health Focus (mind-body connection, bio-hacks promoting mental health, self-compassion, relationship between mental health, digestion and your immune system). Participants are encouraged to come prepared with a pen a paper. Zoom link will be emailed follow registration.
