In this 60-minute session a registered Dietitian-Nutritionist will provide you with the information and tools needed to make healthy food choices to support you throughout all stages of your pregnancy.

- Optimizing nutrition while dealing with food aversions, cravings and nausea
- Important nutrients to include in your diet and foods to avoid
- Prenatal supplementation
- Stress reduction and empowerment around dietary choices
