A service mindset is simply this. “Everytime you stand up to speak to a group of people, you are their to serve them”. That’s it. You role is to give information, solve problems, educate, inspire , and create change that benefits your audience.
There are simple ways that we can check and ensure that each time we speak, we are in fact coming from a service mentality. This includes focusing on the problem that the audience has and always putting their needs ahead of our needs.
