In 35+ years in the industry, Joel has worked on systems ranging from early PCs and LANs to complex carrier networks, modern LANs and computer systems. Joel’s broad knowledge base and experience allows him to provide credible guidance and creative solutions for customers and internal resources alike. Joel is a PON advocate and its advantages in network design and operation.
Karen Leos
Services Vice President @Tellabs
Karen Leos is Tellabs' Services Vice President. In her current role, she is responsible for the services portfolio through every phase in the lifecycle from scoping and understanding customer needs through implementation, maintenance support, optimization and refresh. Additionally at Tellabs, Karen has led departments focusing on areas that improve the tools, processes, metrics, training and incident management initiatives utilized to enable success for Tellabs customers.
Les Murray
Principal Engineer @Tellabs
Les Murray has a degree in Physics and Computer Science and has worked at Tellabs for the last 30 years. Currently, Les is a Principal Engineer in the Systems Engineering department at Tellabs. Les has worked on Voice, IPTV, DSL, and various PON and high speed data products. He has also been on the standards body representative for FSAN, ITUT, and Broadband Forum.
