This panel will explore how your peers have created and supported their organization’s inclusion practices by seeing the value of hiring, and or retaining/maintaining persons with disabilities as part of their teams. Our panelists will share their strategies and stories of diversity, equity and inclusion of persons with disabilities– visible & invisible – through available supports, accommodations or just by the employee’s disclosure. They will discuss what has worked, what hasn’t and the benefits of a case by case – employee by employee approach in their inclusion strategy.
