As a graduate of Ohio’s Marietta College, Randy began his career in commercial radio providing on-air talent, program management and sports play-by-play. In 2012 Randy joined Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina to open its Professional Center, the first of its kind for any Goodwill in America. In addition to leadership duties as its Director, Randy works individually with professionals to provide the tools, guidance and encouragement for effective job transition. He also serves a global audience as the sole blogger on job searching for Goodwill Industries International.
