Lisa Fritsch

Lisa Fritsch is Legal Advisor and Counsel at Dell Technologies. Fritsch had a long and successful career in media and communications as a talk radio show host, nationally syndicated writer, published author, public speaker (which included a popular Tedx, “The Freedom to be the ‘Angry Black Woman’). Lisa was runner up in the 2014 gubernatorial primary, attempting to become the first African-American female Governor of Texas. Fritsch has also been active in the non-profit community for twenty years serving organizations such as St. David’s Foundation, Lifeworks, The Austin Community Foundation, and the African-American Resource Advisory Council for the City of Austin. She serves on the board of The Andy Roddick Foundation, The Trail Foundation’s Cypress Committee, and as a mentor at Galvanize. She is an avid tennis player, runner, and traveler for food.
Juan Kingsbury

Juan developed his knowledge of human behavioral science under TTI Success Insights, where he mastered his understanding of human behavior – specializing in train-the-trainer for some of the corporate world’s best, team building, coaching, and selection. In 2013, Juan created Career Blindspot to work directly with leaders and their ever changing teams. In 2019 he launched the Career Blindspot Podcast to spread the message of knowing talent, knowing culture and making no excuses in the workplace.
Katie O'Block
Sales Support
Katie O'Block has spent her startup career in supporting roles, from being the "jack of all trades" on small teams to a community developer within larger entrepreneurial ecosystems. She's passionate about organizing startup chaos, getting things done, and rallying people and teams to all pull in the same direction. Currently she is on the Sales Operations team at AMP Robotics.
