With older adults or adults with comorbidities being at a greater risk when going out into the community. Get Up and Move is a 30 minute exercise class with an emphasis on getting people off of the couch and moving their bodies. We will be doing exercises like marching in place, overhead reaching, chair squats and balancing by a counter. It is a great way to stay active for older adults!
