Climate change remains as one of the greatest threats to the World and the Asia-Pacific is more vulnerable to its risks than any other region. Its impact is estimated to slow global economic growth and change the course of the dynamics of international relations. DEİK’s “Climate Change in Asia-Pacific Region: Sectoral Risks and Changes” webinar aims to raise awareness on the risks caused by the deepening climate crisis and to demonstrate emerging changes in different sectors. Speakers will share their experiences on the impact of climate change in Asia-Pacific region, sustainable business models, food systems, energy transition, green finance and on the related work with 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations.
