Join us for a webinar with two members of The Recycling Partnership to learn more about the current state of the U.S. recycling system and proposed policy to improve recycling infrastructure. This webinar will focus on The Recycling Partnership’s Circular Economy Accelerator policy, which promotes public-private recycling partnerships in order to maximize the full potential of recycling programs and decrease waste in communities.

She brings 15 years of experience to the position, having worked with diverse stakeholders to develop groundbreaking policy proposals in the circular economy space. Elizabeth also has plenty of experience working with and testifying before the North Carolina State Legislator to represent environmental and natural resource interests. She is a keen facilitator and excels in her ability to bring multiple stakeholders to the table and build consensus. A “double” Tar Heel, Elizabeth attended UNC-Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree and to receive her Master of Public Administration. Lily Schwarz (Federal Affairs Manager for The Recycling Partnership ) Lily Schwarz is the Federal Affairs Manager for The Recycling Partnership. She has a wide range of experience in the field, from policy analysis to hands-on volunteer work with Orange County Recycling. She previously served as The Recycling Partnership’s Community Program Support Specialist and received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Environmental Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill.
