This full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) class is for intermediate levels and will include core, upper and lower body exercises. We will incorporate high intensity cardio exercises to elevate your heart rate while focusing on high quality body mechanics and muscle activation. Each class will be 45 minutes and include a dynamic warm-up followed by 3 full body circuits. We often use light to medium weights throughout class, but everything can be done using body weight as well. Dumbbells/kettlebells are nice if you have them, but you can also use a stack of books, laundry detergent, a gallon of water, or any other household items you can find. Get ready to sweat!
