REVIEW AND REVISION OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR UNINCORPORATED AREAS
Seminole County is beginning an effort to review and revise its Land Development Code for unincorporated areas within the County. This will include changes to clean up and modernize the Code, and to better implement policies of the Comprehensive Plan. The brief presentation “New Approaches to the Seminole County Land Development Code,” as prepared by Canin Associates, outlines the project.
To ensure that nothing important is left out, we are seeking input from citizens about existing issues and possible improvements to the Code. If you are interested, please attend our Citizen Input meeting on Tuesday July 21 at 2:00 p.m.
