From Pain to Purpose; Creating Communities of Safety and Belongings gathering designed to honor African American Mental Health Awareness in Contra Costa County and beyond. This virtual gathering focused on healing is designed to acknowledge past hurts and pains experienced by African Americans as we champion moving toward a place of healing. Hosted by NAMI CC and the Miles Hall Foundation with support and sponsoring from other likeminded Allies and Champions for Change. We will offer examples of what is needed for ALL Citizens in Contra Costa County to be honored and live in peace safety and welcoming environments.
