Graduate education in health management faces various challenges to offer high-quality online learning conditions to experienced students, who have different needs than students with little professional experience. Adult learning principles and executive learning processes provide foundations for improving skills, providing knowledge, and perfecting talents needed by future health leaders. This session will address various aspects of andragogic education that can contribute to the competencies' development of executive master students. Faculty will provide a short overview of specific topics, followed by group discussions allowing participants to share, propose, and assess their experiences, methods, and ideas around these topics. By the end of the session, participants will have a better understanding of tools and strategies available to refine online executive master education in health management.
