We will reveal how each factor and indicator is assessed by CQL reviewers during onsite visits, and how organizations can use this tool to measure and enhance quality. Each webinar will discuss best practices, aggregate data for each Basic Assurances® indicator, and support organizations to overcome challenges to bring their practices and systems into alignment.

Jennifer Quigley

Jennifer has been working with people with disabilities including those with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other health-related disabilities for over 15 years. Her experience includes working with children and youth in community settings, direct support, clinical case management, foster care training, state licensing and provider senior leadership. Most recently, she worked as an Area Director then Corporate Director of Employment and Community Life for a multi-state provider. Jennifer is especially passionate about community employment. Jennifer has experience training and consulting with programs and providers on successful transformation of site based day and employment services to successful community employment programs. Jennifer has an Associates of Arts Degree in Law Enforcement and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT.
