UNW Dental Business Unit Webinar: Dental insight - live panel series
The dental world has been well served with varied and interesting webinars during the COVID-19 crisis. However, not many of them have concentrated on financial news for dentists.

After UNW hosted two successful dental-orientated webinars, we have decided to launch a new series of monthly webinars. These will be focused on providing dentists with well-rounded insight, covering everything from financials, legal, and practice sales and valuation news.

The first in this series will be held on Tuesday 11th August at 7pm.

The format will be brief update presentations by a panel of experts including an accountant, lawyer, banker and sales agent/valuer, and from time to time another guest, followed by interactive questions from the virtual audience of dentists, and answers from the panel.

Joining our Dental Business Unit team for the launch webinar, we have a panel made up of:

• John Grant, Director of Goodman Grant;
• Malcolm Swan, Senior Healthcare Banking Consultant at Lloyds Bank;
• Andy Acton, Director of Frank Taylor & Associates; and
• Andy McDougall, Dental Business Coach and Owner of Spot On Business Planning.

Future sessions will also include Louise Fegan, Partner at Morrisons Solicitors; Michael Oliver, Business Manager at Barclays Bank; Paul Graham and Chris Vowles, Head of Dental and Head of Medical Valuation at Christie & Co.; Lis Hughes, Managing Director of Frank Taylor & Associates; David McEwan, Corporate Lawyer of Schofield Sweeney; and John Clarke, Head of Healthcare at Wesleyan Bank.

We will also have dentist Nigel Suggett as a panellist - just in case the professionals need a real-world reality check!

We are encouraging attendees to send questions in advance. If you have any specific questions that you would like to be answered during the webinar, please contact Richard Turnbull at events@unw.co.uk. It will also be possible to ask questions once the presentation has ended.
