We’re excited to invite you to participate in the DevOps day event for Friday, April 16. Join us to discuss measuring and improvement in DevOps maturity in SAP organizations. There are a huge number of DevOps maturity models and assessments with competing definitions of the pillars of DevOps maturity. Organizations and developers process and absorb change in different ways. Come to talk about how you approach this problem and hear how the Mindset team and your fellow practitioners approach the issue.

Some questions to consider:

What capabilities are the key pillars of DevOps?
What capability levels should we use?
Can our model change over time as we learn more about our needs or is it important that the model stay constant even as we change?
Can we pick particular capabilities and leave others by the wayside?
Do we need an organizing principle like a framework or can we make progress organically?

This event is focused on managers, senior managers, and development leads who work at least in part on introducing DevOps concepts into SAP organizations. This time around we’re going to focus even more on conversation between participants, giving space to share your thoughts, experiences, and strategies and learn from those of your peers. We’ve had some great connections between practitioners spring out of DevOps Day conversations and look forward to more from this one!
