Kelli Gradel
Consultant, Director of EHR Optimization @Medasource / Ascension
Kelli Gradel is a forward-thinking, analytical training and development director with extensive experience helping Healthcare organizations design and implement cost-effective strategies and programs geared towards fostering a culture of learning and professional development. Throughout my career I've learned to strengthen team and organizational performance. Much of my focus has been on strengthening EHR adoption by getting providers 'Home in Time' through a proven, data driven EHR Efficiency program. The program is aimed at improving physician satisfaction and EHR efficiency with the system as designed, creating more time for providers to care for their patients and communities. This means fewer clicks and more free time!
