Navigating exercise during each stage of your pregnancy can be really intimidating, and can often lead to doing things that are not optimal or simply not doing anything at all. Barring no restrictions from your care provider, there are ways to workout safely and effectively and we'd love to help you feel more confident exercising through each trimester.
