On May 8, the all NEW Meeting Agenda Workflow process will be available on your Simbli site. This new enhancement gives the meeting administrator complete over the routing agenda items for item preparation, review, approval and placement on the agenda.
Key Highlights for Agenda Workflow include:
• Ability to assign agenda items to multiple people
• Ability to have multiple levels of review or approval
• Ability to create agenda workflow templates and easily assign items to meeting contributors
• Ability to save agenda workflows on Meeting Templates
• Smart email notifications and alerts that are automatically generated as an item moves through the process.
• Ability for the meeting admin to send reminders or follow ups at any time
• All workflow contributors, including the admin, will be able to see one copy of the item as it is going through the process
• Improved workflow comments for contributors as they work on an agenda item
• All new "Agenda Workflow" page for meeting admins to easily see the status of all agenda items and to send notifications to workflow contributors
• All new "My Items" page for agenda contributors to keep up with and track their items
