Recent events have made this capability an even more relevant and indispensable alternative as training everywhere is being “virtualized.” Without the advantage of face-to-face interactions, many are turning to virtual video as a close approximation. However, the transition to a video-centric approach can be challenging even with the best tools. Most people do not feel comfortable or confident speaking on camera — even a small one — and translating an in-person approach to an on-camera one can be tricky.
