Dr. Laurie Williams
Distinguished Professor in the Computer Science Department @North Carolina State University
Laurie Williams is a Distinguished Professor in the Computer Science Department at North Carolina State University (NCSU). Laurie is a co-director of the NSA-sponsored NCSU Science of Security Lablet and the NCSU Secure Computing Institute. She is the Chief Cybersecurity Technologist of the Secure America Institute. Laurie’s research focuses on software security; agile software development practices and processes (agile, DevOps, DevSecOps; and software reliability.
Dr. Trey Herr
Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative under the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at the Atlantic Council. @The Atlantic Council
Dr. Trey Herr is the Director of the Cyber Statecraft Initiative under the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security at the Atlantic Council. His team works on the role of the technology industry in geopolitics, cyber conflict, the security of the internet, cyber safety, and growing a more capable cybersecurity policy workforce. Previously, he was a Senior Security Strategist with Microsoft handling cloud computing and supply chain security policy as well as a fellow with the Belfer Cybersecurity Project at Harvard Kennedy School and a non-resident fellow with the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He holds a PhD in Political Science and BS in Musical Theatre and Political Science.
Aaron Bray

Aaron has spent the last 14 years working at the intersection of InfoSec and software development between the U.S. Intelligence Community, Fortune 500 companies, startups, and as a consultant. Currently, Aaron is the Founder and CEO of Phylum, Inc., and is focused heavily on improving software processes around DevOps, DevSecOps, and solving hard problems related to software supply chain security.
