Join us for this event which will include a virtual cooking demonstration and a discussion about nutrition tips and tricks for navigating the holidays and family events. We’ll start with a cooking demonstration with the Walnut Hill Restaurant School in Philadelphia, PA featuring kidney-health low-sodium snacks and treats. Next we’ll hear from a panel of dietitians about nutrition information to support Nephrotic Syndrome management. Diet will not prevent or cure nephrotic syndrome but can help manage symptoms. A list of recipes, along with the ingredients and tools needed to follow along, will be sent by email before the event.
