In this one-hour program, attendees will learn the steps that are necessary to become both fixed and roving food vendors over the Mardi Gras season. The program provides an overview of the permits, costs, and general requirements of the City of New Orleans, Health Department of Louisiana, and New Orleans Fire Department.
