Webinar Speakers

Dr Yang Guirong (Medical Director @Doctor Anywhere)
Dr Yang graduated from the National University of Singapore, with 7 years of experience as a practising doctor. He has worked full time in a primary care setting since 2018 and is comfortable with managing both acute and chronic conditions. 
He has a strong experience in surgical disciplines, handling cases ranging from the outpatient setting to emergency procedures. 

Dr Yang is particularly interested in healthcare leadership and pandemic analysis. He has provided his expertise in talks with various companies on the recent global COVID-19 outbreak.

Dr Sophie Lim (Clinical Ops Manager @MyDoc)
Ms Sophie Lim is a medical doctor who received her degree from National University of Ireland and did her medical training in Malaysia. She subsequently pursued her Master of International Public Health at the University of Sydney and started her career in healthcare administration after that. She has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality improvement in private, public and non-profit healthcare sectors.

Mr Chan Weng Chee (Senior Manager @Ministry of Health)
Mr Chan Weng Chee is a Senior Manager (Regulatory Strategy &amp; Transformation) in the Ministry of Health Singapore’s Health Regulation Group (MOH, HRG). He is currently involved in work pertaining to telemedicine, which includes the Licensing Experimentation and Adaptation Programme (LEAP), a regulatory sandbox initiative to support the safe development of innovative healthcare models to be piloted in a well-controlled environment. Prior to this role, he had worked in the Public Health Group in MOH, on matters relating to non-communicable diseases policy. Weng Chee holds a Master of Public Health from the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore.
