About the Facilitator: From Afghanistan to northeast Africa, Will “Sha” Cooper has over a decade of experience working in the most challenging environments in the world as a military intelligence professional. Through his expertise, he’s developed proven methods to prepare for and maneuver through crises. A firm believer in incorporating readiness into your daily life, he saw a disconnect between the everyday city dweller and the concept of emergency preparedness. Having worked in plenty of high-stress operations, Cooper realized he could provide a relatable, and needed service that would save lives and business. In 2019 he founded Tribe One, a training and consulting company focused on preparing urban businesses and families to successfully respond to survival situations. Cooper believes when necessary, the first responder for protecting what you care about most should be You! A native Brooklynite, William “Sha” Cooper served 17 years in the US military, graduated from St John’s University and has graduate degrees in both business and national security studies.
