National Day of Racial Healing

This year local governments in the Twin Cities are partnering to bring a community event to recognize the National Day of Racial Healing. Racism impacts all of us and we believe we need to create more safe spaces for our collective healing. This year’s event will feature Dr. Eddie Moore, Founder and Director of the White Privilege Institute and the White Privilege Conference. Dr. Moore will share insights on how we feel, deal, and heal from the three evils of society (racism, poverty, and war) Dr. Martin Luther King shared in speech on August 31, 1967. We will provide one lucky attendee with a paid admission to the 2023 White Privilege Conference that will be held in Mesa, AZ April 12-15, 2023.

This community event is intended to bring people together to strengthen and heal racial relationships in our communities.
