Repositioning is the discovery process of new targets and indications for drugs already developed. From its promise of a fast transition to clinical use, repositioning has evolved into a set of multi-disciplinary approaches for the systematic interrogation of complex diseases such as cancer. The focus of this conference is to explore these approaches and their potential for developing patient-tailored therapies.
