Introducing our speakers:
Chantelle Nyarko: Chantelle is a senior recruiter onsite at Morgan Stanley. She is currently managing recruitment for the Equities, Research and Fund Services Divisions across EMEA and is heavily involved the Diversity and Inclusion efforts across the Front Office Areas. Chantelle holds a BSc in Accounting, Business Finance and Management and an MA in Human Resources, both from the University of York.
Nonye Ndekwu: Nonye has 8 years of experience at Goldman Sachs working in various roles in HR. Most recently, she is the Head of Graduate Recruiting for Engineering EMEA and runs the firm’s Africa Recruiting Initiative. She graduated from Aston University with 1st class honors in Business and management; and has a Masters degree from the University of Warwick in Human Resources management and employment relations.
Rondette Amoy Smith: Rondette is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for EMEA at Nomura. Upon graduating from Cornell University (Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, summa cum laude) and New York University (Master of Science, Human Resource Management & Development), Rondette began her career in journalism before transitioning to HR consulting and then specializing in recruiting, coaching & development, business partner and D&I roles at American Express, The Wall Street Journal, J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, Rondette spent three years based in Hong Kong where she oversaw talent & performance management strategies for corporate divisions.
