Presented by Prof. Tim Driscoll, Director of Epidemiology and Occupational Medicine, Master of Public Health, Dr Carmen Huckel Schneider, Senior Lecturer Health Policy, and Associate Professor Camille Raynes-Greenow, Robinson Fellow, Sydney School of Public Health.
Healthcare professionals are working tirelessly on the frontline to maintain the health and wellbeing of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the pandemic has unfolded we have seen countless images and heard many stories of nurses, doctors and other clinicians who have provided ongoing service to patients. What we haven’t seen or heard as much of are the people behind the scenes, the public health workers, the epidemiologists and statisticians etc who are crucial to the fight against Covid-19. In this panel discussion, hear from our experts who teach our Public Health, Global Health and Health Policy programs as they answer very timely questions about Public Health.
