Rhonda Briggins, JD - Host (Co-Chair, National Social Action Commission @Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.)
Rhonda has worked to help build voter registration and political forums and continues to teach members how to use their power and influence to create stronger communities.  Under her leadership at the state, regional and national level, she has customized workshops to include strategic, thought provoking topics such as Running for Elected Office, Voting Suppression, and Understanding the Legislative Process.  
Rhonda recently joined the executive management team at Jacobs Engineering as the Vice President of Transit Services. Prior to joining them she retired from the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA), where she served as the Senior Director of External Affairs. Under her leadership, she was responsible for the development of MARTA’s public policy, and community outreach strategies. She was also responsible for the authority’s legislative initiatives amounting to billions of dollars in funding for their operational and capital budget.

Fred is founder and President of the Hicks Evaluation Group (HEG), a consulting firm that specializes in candidate and issue campaigns, consulting and public affairs. The firm has provided consulting services to numerous clients across the country since its creation in 2006. His current work is focused on targeting/data analytics, consulting, polling and training candidates for office. He has been cited in Politico, the LA Times, Huffington Post, Talking Points Memo, Foxnews.com, NBCnews.com, the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, the Jacksonville Times Union and other multiple news sources.
