Previously, Eric advised Fortune 500 corporations and worked for small-scale organic apple farms as well as the world's largest agribusiness companies. He holds an MBA from Harvard and an MS Management Science & Engineering and BA Psychology from Stanford.

KOJI HASEGAWA (General Manager, Kubota Innovation Center Silicon Valley @ Kubota) is responsible for new agricultural business planning and execution with open innovation including making investments in U.S. AgriTech startups. Previously, Koji was a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting in Indonesia, and was a manager of product planning and marketing for Bridgestone Corporation, the No.1 global tire company.

NOLAN PAUL (Partner & Global AgTech Lead @ Yamaha Motor Ventures) is responsible for leading global Food and AgTech investment opportunities. Previously, Nolan was Head of R&D Strategy and Emerging Technology for Driscoll’s and was an investment banker for Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital in the Global Technology Group. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics.

DAN STEERE (CEO & Co-Founder @ Abundant Robotics) co-founded Abundant Robotics to automate orchard agriculture, starting with apple harvest. Drawn to the Silicon Valley from Texas, Dan has helped grow successful companies in a variety of domains. Abundant is the third robotics company he’s helped launch. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford.
