The National RTAP Transit Manager's Toolkit was developed to give new transit managers the information they will need on day one to ensure their rural transit organizations are operating smoothly and are in compliance with the federal regulations associated with receiving Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5311 funding. We're updating the Toolkit with new content and resources, and even new sections, such as Leading during a Pandemic and Communicating with the Public.
Join three members of the National RTAP Review Board who reviewed the new sections for an introduction to the updated content:
- Julia Castillo, Executive Director, Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Authority (HIRTA)
- Laura Corff, United Community Action Program, Inc./Cimarron Transit Transit Director
- Shauna Miller, RTAP Program Manager, Idaho Transportation Department
