LEAD Network Webinar: Understand your markets to support recruiting for balance
Our second D&I Best Practice Campaign for the year will be focusing on the topic of "Recruiting for Balance" and in this first webinar of the series, we explore how data can help you develop a fact-based, actionable & gender-balanced recruitment strategy. The session will be hosted by Thea Roberts and Caroline Brent from Humdex and builds on their first talkin March where they explored how to leverage data for communicating and engaging stakeholders in D&I. During this webinar, they will explore:

What is the key data to support the development of a sophisticated, strategic and measurable and gender-balanced recruitment strategy?

Plans should be data -based and built on a clear and analytical understanding of both the internal and external talent landscapes, to facilitate the required increase of future female talent across countries, functions, levels and with scarce skill sets.

We will cover a useful ‘tick-list’ that walks through the key steps required to develop your gender-balanced recruitment strategy.

This webinar will be particularly useful for:
- Those responsible for Diversity & Inclusion.
- Those responsible for talent development and attraction.
- Company strategists.
- Senior commercial and communication professionals.
- Especially relevant for companies present in more than one geography.
