Teen sleep during COVID-19: what can research tell us?
This webinar is for anyone interested in children and young people's mental health (e.g.: parents, carers, peer supporters, researchers, practitioners, youth workers etc).

The aim of the webinar is to share what research tells us about sleep and mental wellbeing in children & young people and to explore the potential practical implications for families right now.

We will be guided by what is on your mind so let us know the questions and topics you'd like us to focus on when you book.

The Emerging Minds network is delighted to welcome Dr Faith Orchard from the University of Reading and Dr Dimitri Gavriloff from the University of Oxford who will share their knowledge and experience on this important subject.

Emerging Minds is a mental health research network funded by UK Research & Innovation (UKRI) with the aim of encouraging research across sectors and disciplines. We want to reduce the prevalence of mental health problems amongst children and young people through mental health promotion, prevention and early treatment.
